Inspired by bran, which is a result of the whole-grinding process and expresses the grinding of the whole nut of the cereal, thus maintaining the bran which contains all the nutrient fibers, we created the “Pityron, filled bran cookies”, a fine bakery product made of wheat, oat and barley bran, representing an extremely natural source of fiber for the body.
